The committee is of the Cantonment Board constituted U/S 43-A of the Cantonments Act, 1924 to deal the following applications belongs to properties fall Bazaar area: -

1. Applications received U/S 179 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 for seeking approval of the Board for erection / re-erection of residential and commercial buildings.
2. Applications received U/S 183-A of the Cantonments Act, 1924 for grant of extension in the time limit for completion of residential and commercial buildings.
3. Applications received U/S 73 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 for mutation of properties.
